Shipping policy

Shipping rates: We try to ensure the best possible rates on our products by shipping through the Unites States Post Office (USPS). Rates are determined by the carrier and are not flat. 

Processing times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. 

Shipping times: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Domestic shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days outside of any special events or holidays. 

Order Tracking: Once an order is fulfilled, you will be sent a tracking number via email to monitor the movement of your package. 

Delays & Issues: We do our best to process orders within the 1-3 business day's time frame, but sometimes issues occur. We will reach out to the email address provided during checkout to communicate those issues. Also, once the post office receives the package, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
