Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products once they have been shipped. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of our customers.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ButtersbyJanelle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Proof of damage (photos) and your order number will be required to process a replacement or store credit.
